Walking Safaris
Our guides are skilled naturalists who bring the bush to life — interpreting spoor (animal tracks), identifying bird and their calls, stopping for insects, and marvelling at the plant life - explaining how everything is connected in our living ecosystem.
MAWIMBI Bush Camp is uniquely positioned as an exclusive walking safari camp in the Kafue. Our concession has a high concentration of game and wildlife sightings from the large mammals to the little insects will have you enthralled.
We have the great Kafue River on the one side of the camp and a natural wetland on the other, so we are blessed with an abundance of fauna and flora, and we can't wait to share this paradise with you.
