RATES​

• Quoted in USD $.

• Include all meals and local drinks.

• If flying into Chungs Airstrip, rate includes a complimentary game drive pickup.

• Laundry for International and SADC guests.

• Inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 16% (subject to change).

• Zambian Hospitality Service Fee 10% (subject to change).

• Zambian Tourism Levy 1,5% on accommodation (subject to change).

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE​

• Flights, Airport Departure Taxes / Access Fees / Visa fees.

• Air or Road Transfers * see below Chunga Game Drive.

• Kafue National Park Fee, Bed Levy (pppn) & Boating Fee - for river trips taken (no VAT) collected on behalf of DNPW.

• Community Upliftment Levy (pppn incl. VAT) to empower our local communities.

• 25% Single Supplement (all seasons).

• Personal items, expenses and curios.

• Premium imported spirits, champagne and à la carte wines.

• Discretionary staff gratuities​​​​​​​​​.

CHILD POLICY​

• Children age 14-17 (one sharing parent’s tent) otherwise Adult rate charged.

• Children accommodated in their own tented suite is charged at the full adult rate.

• Minimum age 14 yrs - participate in all activities we offer.

• Exclusive camp use - please enquire as a lower child age may be possible by special arrangement.

• 18+ years for the Starlit Sleep-out experience (from High Season 2026).

Note:

Our minimum child age is 14 so all children can participate in every activity offered.

BOOKING POLICY

• Provisional Bookings - Auto expire after 14 days

• 25% Deposit - Due on written reservation confirmation

• 75% Reservation Balance - Due 45 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY​

• Confirmed to 46 days prior to arrival: 25% deposit retained

• 45 - 31 days prior to arrival: 75% of reservation retained

• 30 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation retained​
