International Flights

• Currently 15 airlines fly to Lusaka (LUN) from international and local hubs. Use cheapflights or skyscanner to assist you with best prices and duration of flights from your home country.

• Emirates flies from Dubai, Qatar flies from Doha.

• From London, Kenya Airways and Ethiopian Airlines fly to Lusaka with one stop.

• From South Africa, airlines include Proflight Zambia (Cape Town via Livingstone to Lusaka), South African Airways and Airlink from from Johannesburg - with connecting flights to other national hubs.

Charter Flights from Livingstone to Chunga Airfield

• For those time poor, charter flights are available from Lusaka and Livingstone, as well as other small airfields subject to availability - cost varies on number of people and type of aircraft.

• Local airfields include: Chunga, Ngoma, Busanga and Lufupa.

• We provide a complimentary 45 minute Game Drive from Chunga Airstrip to MAWIMBI Bush Camp when flying in.

 

Vehicle Journey - Lusaka to MAWIMBI Bush Camp

• It's a 5-hour vehicle transfer from Lusaka for 4 people (Approx US $400 per car) on a good tar road. Four hours to the Kafue National Park Gate and then an hour on dirt roads into camp. Please let us know if we can arrange this for you.
