VAT) to empower our local communities. • 25% Single Supplement (all seasons). • Personal items, expenses and curios. • Premium imported spirits, champagne and à la carte wines. • Discretionary staff gratuities.

CHILD POLICY • Children age 14-17 (one sharing parent’s tent) otherwise Adult rate charged. • Children accommodated in their own tented suite is charged at the full adult rate. • Minimum age 14 yrs - participate in all activities we offer. • Exclusive camp use - please enquire as a lower child age may be possible by special arrangement. • 18+ years for the Starlit Sleep-out experience (from High Season 2026). Note: Our minimum child age is 14 so all children can participate in every activity offered.

 • Provisional Bookings - Auto expire after 14 days
 • 25% Deposit - Due on written reservation confirmation
 • 75% Reservation Balance - Due 45 days prior to arrival
 
CANCELLATION POLICY​
 • Confirmed to 46 days prior to arrival: 25% deposit retained
 • 45 - 31 days prior to arrival: 75% of reservation retained
 • 30 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation retained​
